Alteros, an Audio-Technica Company, Welcomes John Hart as National Sales Director
145th AES Convention, New York, NY, October 17, 2018 — Alteros (booth 2D02), an Audio-Technica company, continues its commitment to enhancing sales and support in the United States with the appointment of industry veteran and proven sales leader John Hart to the position of National Sales Director. In this role, Hart will report directly to Jackie Green, President and CTO of Alteros.
Based in Los Angeles, California, Hart will oversee U.S. dealers and direct sales of the unique GTX Series Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Wireless Microphone System, which solves many common RF problems, including that of operating wirelessly in an ever-shrinking spectrum. Operating at 6.5 GHz, it is well beyond the diminished and overcrowded TV bands.
With decades of sales experience in many different vertical markets within the professional audio industry, Hart joins Alteros after wearing many hats, including Systems/Sales Specialist, Euphonix Inc; Western Regional Sales Manager, Otari Corporation; President, AMS/Neve Inc.; Director of Sales, Soundcraft/Studer Digital Console Group; and VP of Operations for PMI Audio.
Hart noted, “I am thrilled to be part of the Alteros team. My entire career has been spent in the technology industry, and I look forward to continuing that tradition by providing the preeminent wireless solution to Alteros’ current and future customers. Alteros is a magnificent company with exceptional products. I am very pleased to have been presented with this opportunity.”
Jackie Green noted, “We welcome John aboard to the Alteros team. He is a proven sales leader with wide-ranging experience, and his work will help us continue to grow the Alteros brand nationwide.”
